By inserting our punch trackers into your boxing gloves, we are able to see accurate results for the volume of punches thrown in a specific round/ workout known as PUNCH COUNT.
We are also able to measure the POWER (G-Force) and average SPEED (km/h) of the different types of punches thrown in combination with which punches are thrown (straight punches, hooks & uppercuts). 
We have scientifically worked out a fitness score called cSCORE
 which tracks our members effort/ fitness level daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
