By inserting our punch trackers into your boxing gloves, we are able to see accurate results for the volume of punches thrown in a specific round/ workout known as PUNCH COUNT.
We are also able to measure the POWER (G-Force) and average SPEED (km/h) of the different types of punches thrown in combination with which punches are thrown (straight punches, hooks & uppercuts).
We have scientifically worked out a fitness score called cSCORE which tracks our members effort/ fitness level daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

CARDIO
How many punches can you throw in a certain amount of time. Its like running a mini marathon.
You track the number of punches thrown per round per session.
2) POWER (G-FORCE) metric
STRENGTH
What is the maximum power you can generate per punch to build strong bones and ligaments and to build lean muscle?
You can track the power per punch per round in real-time.
3) SPEED metric
RESISTANCE
You can track the highest speed reached per punch per round, and then get the average, and compete against yourself per round.
4) cSCORE metric (champ score)

cSCORE. is a score that we have scientifically formulated that records the punch effort per punch, and the accumulated punch effort of each round. The amount that the score increases by, depends on many factors, such as punch speed and power, punch type, volume of punches, distance travelled, and how well you generate the speed and power behind the punch.
